The general terms and conditions of the online store 'Pocenigate.si' are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE

When the user selects a product or products and submits an order by pressing the FINISH PURCHASE button, the online store automatically "generates - creates" and sends an e-mail with the details of the order (products, prices, quantities, user data...). confirmed, the products will be sent as soon as possible. If the delivery deadline is more than 2 working days, the provider informs the buyer.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE AND CLAIMS

Complaints are considered no later than one hour after collection at the branch or delivery. It is only valid if an error has occurred on our part. It does not apply due to causes beyond our control, such as perishability, after-sales service and other causes. Once the purchase is complete, it is not possible to cancel the purchase due to perishability and possible abuse. We will resolve all complaints in the shortest possible time by mutual agreement via e-mail and telephone.

PAYMENT

The provider issues an invoice on a permanent medium, with itemized costs.

VALIDITY OF THE OFFER

When purchasing, the prices apply at the moment of order confirmation. All prices include VAT, except for used items, for which VAT is calculated on the basis of Articles 48 and 49 of the ZDDV and is not disclosed on the basis of the Article 50 C of the ZDDV. Prices in the online store may change without prior notice. Images can only be symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual situation.

COMMUNICATION
